Delete your account

You can permanently delete your KeepChats account and its data at any time. This page explains how, in line with Google Play's account-deletion requirements.

Delete it yourself — in the app

• Open the KeepChats app.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

You can also delete your account from the web:

Sign in to delete your account

After signing in, open Settings → Account → Delete account.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email support@duskel.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request", and we will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, phone, avatar).
• Your uploaded content — photos, videos, voice notes, and files.
• Your exports, backups, AI-generation history, and usage records.
• Your device and notification tokens.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain a limited amount of information only where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse; anything retained is kept no longer than necessary and remains protected under our Privacy Policy.
