Help / Your data

Deleting your data

One action in settings removes your account, your consent records and any cloud copies. There is a short grace period first so an accidental request can be undone.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account, in the app or the web panel. You are told exactly what will be removed before you confirm. There is also a public page at /delete-account explaining the process without needing to sign in.

The grace period

The request does not take effect immediately. You are emailed, and you can cancel any time before the window closes. Once it closes, removal is complete within 24 hours and you get written confirmation.

What is not deleted

Anything already exported to your own device. Those files are yours, they are on your disk, and we have no way to reach them — which is the whole design.

Deleting one thing rather than everything

Individual shares can be revoked, individual archives removed, and individual consent connections withdrawn, all without touching the account.

Can I cancel a deletion request?+
Yes, at any point during the grace period, from the link in the email or from settings.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?+
A web subscription is cancelled as part of it. A store subscription must be cancelled in the store, because only the store can cancel it — do that first.
