What we store

The short version: your email address, your plan, and the record of who consented to what. Not what you said.

What is on our servers

Your account details, your plan and usage counters, consent records, and any file you explicitly chose to upload — a share you sent, or a backup if you turned cloud backup on. That is the list.

What never reaches us

The contents of your conversations. Exports are written to your own disk first, and only go anywhere else if you switch backup on. Writing tools receive the single message you are working on and retain nothing after returning the suggestion.

What we never ask for

A password to any other service. There is no field for it in any surface of the product.

Getting a copy

Everything you keep is already in a portable format on your own device — that is the normal state, not a special export you have to request. For account-level data, contact support and we will send it.
