Plans and limits

Everything is metered by how much you keep, not by which features you are allowed to touch. Local exports are free on every plan, forever — that is the part we do not gate.

What the free plan covers

Local exports are unlimited and always free. On top of that the free tier includes a monthly allowance of video notes, voice notes and writing, a window of chat history, some cloud storage, and a small number of consent connections. The exact numbers are on the pricing table, which is generated from the live plan configuration rather than written into this page, so it can never drift out of date here.

How limits reset

Monthly allowances reset on the same day each month, counted from when your billing period starts rather than on the first of the calendar month. You can see the current usage and the reset date in the web panel and in the app under your plan.

What happens when you hit a limit

The action stops and tells you which limit you reached; nothing is deleted and nothing already kept is taken away. Local export keeps working regardless, because it costs us nothing and it is the promise the product is built on.

Changing plan

Upgrade or downgrade at any time. An upgrade applies immediately. A downgrade applies at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought.
